Job Description: 

As a HomeMate Interior Cleaner for Dwelink, you will be at the heart of our mission to deliver exceptional home maintenance services. This is an opportunity to provide interior cleaning services while incorporating basic handy skills, providing an unparallelled value to Members, ensuring their homes are maintained to the highest standards.  

 

Responsibilities: 

The ability to perform interior cleaning services including: 

• Thorough dusting and cleaning of all surfaces 

• Cleaning and sanitizing of kitchen (including appliances) and bathrooms 

• Vacuuming and mopping of all floors 

• Cleaning of windows (interior only) (upgrade)  

• Removal of cobwebs 

• Baseboard and trim cleaning 

• Dusting and wiping down ceiling fans and light fixtures 

• Cleaning air vents and return ducts 

• Bathroom refresh (additional service)   

• Bedroom sheets change, cleaning of headboards   

• Light wall cleaning (upgrade)   

• Wall Cleaning   

• Dusting of surfaces 

• Vacuuming carpets and rugs 

• Mopping hard floors 

• Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchen surfaces 

• Emptying trash bins and replacing liners 

• Light tidying and organization 

• Bedsheet changing  

• Carpet Shampooing: Deep cleaning of carpets to remove stains and odor 

• Exterior Window Cleaning: Cleaning the exterior of windows for a streak-free shine 

• Oven and Refrigerator Cleaning: Thorough cleaning of the interior of ovens and refrigerators 

• Grout and Tile Cleaning: Deep cleaning of grout lines and tiles in bathrooms and kitchens 

• Blind and Curtain Cleaning: Dusting and cleaning of window blinds and washing curtain 

• Laundry Services: Washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes and linens 

• Garage and Basement Cleaning: Organizing and cleaning storage spaces 

• Pet Area Cleaning: Cleaning and sanitizing pet areas, including litter boxes and pet beds 

 

The ability to perform basic home maintenance and handy tasks including:  

• Hanging and Mounting shelves, pictures, mirrors and TV wall mounts 

• Replacing Light Bulbs and Fixtures 

• Installing new light fixtures or ceiling fans 

• Fixing squeaky hinges or sticking doors

• Replacing handles, locks, or weather stripping

• Applying caulk around bathtubs, sinks, and windows to prevent leaks 

• Performing small painting jobs or touching up existing paint 

• Replacing outlets, switches, or cover plates 

• Installing or changing light fixtures and ceiling fans 

• Installing curtain rods, blinds, and shades 

• Ensuring proper measurements and alignment for even hanging 

• Change HVAC filters 

• Checking smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms 

 

Additional Responsibilities: 

• Provide training and leadership to other HomeMate cleaners 

• Ensure consistent and proactive communication with homeowners and Dwelink Operations Team 

• Manage time and schedules meticulously to provide an outstanding experience for members 

• Complete administrative tasks related to time tracking and job assignment in field management software 

• Prepare and manage quotes for cleaning activities, converting quotes to jobs and scheduling follow-up visits as needed 

• Ensure clear documentation of all work performed and communicate effectively with members regarding job status and completion 

• Invoice for completed jobs promptly, adhering to weekly invoicing schedules 

• Participate in team meetings to review work activity, hours, jobs, issues, invoices, and upcoming schedules
